Booking is confirmed and blocked upon receipt of 25% deposit.
FOR PEAK SEASON BOOKINGS, balance is due by September 15th.
For all others, the balance is DUE 60 days before arrival date. There will be no exceptions.

Once you confirm availability you may pay by credit card using this secure Paypal link.

•  Extra person charge is $50.00 per night per person, and must be authorized at time of booking or in advance of arrival.
•  Rates are set at two guests per bedroom, for example:
•  Two guests is one bedroom
•  Three guests is two bedroom
•  Four guests is two bedrooms
•  Five guests is three bedrooms
•  Six guests is three bedrooms
•  Seven guests would be three bedroom rate plus $50.00 per night. (Except peak season)
•  Eight guests would be three bedroom rate plus $100.00 per night. (Except peak season)
•  Maximum guests allowed is Eight for any season
•  A child under two years of age is no additional charge if staying in the same bedroom as the parents.
•  If a crib or high chair is required, we can rent one on behalf of the guest for a fee of $49.00 per week each. (Subject to availability)
